"The Real Estate Store was created by Janice Strand Wyssling over 40 years ago. It all started as a “one woman show” working with buyers and sellers in Gogebic County."

The company now services Gogebic County & Ontonagon County, Michigan, and Iron County & Vilas County, Wisconsin. They expanded their services offered from buying and selling all residential, vacant land, commercial, and recreational real estate to in- clude rentals, rental management, and VIP management.

Over the years, the company grew into a family business when John Wyssling joined in 1985 and their daughter, Ellen Wyssling Alonen in 2003. Jane Carlson Ballone com- pleted the current top notch sales team in 2007.

There have been other agents and assistants along the way that have helped create the rich history of the company, but the one consistency throughout all the years is the commitment of serving our clients and customers by being honest, reliable, and pro- gressive while providing a great real estate experience..
